Step one was to balance the door with ladders, so it wouldn’t slam shut. Next, our team pried open the racks to guide the roller back to the proper position. While doing this, we made sure that none of them had been damaged and needed repair themselves. A little lubrication goes a long way, so we added some of this too. Finally, we closed the track back up and tested the door. It worked perfectly again!
